New Mexico Cancer Center has a full range of state-of-the-art technologies on-site. This enables our physicians to order tests such as CTs, PET scans and MRIs to be as accurate as possible in their staging and adjustment of treatments, using real-time information as a guide. The combination of these technologies at the New Mexico Cancer Center also means our patients do not have to leave our facility for necessary tests, reducing the travel time, hassle and stress associated with treatment.
Our 1.5 T MRI system allows for complete patient comfort while providing superb diagnostic information.
Our Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) diagnostic imaging system enables physicians to 
acquire exceptionally detailed images for various types of cancer. This piece of equipment merges PET and CT when needed, yet operates equally well for standalone PET or CT exams.
We also have a CT scanner, X-ray equipment and bone density testing equipment on-site.
