Dr. Franklin graduated from Sackler School of Medicine in New York, NY and Tel Aviv, Israel in 2000, with an Academic Excellence Award for outstanding medical student. Dr. Franklin completed his Internship with Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, California, from June 2000 through June 2001 and his residency with Barnes Jewish at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, from July 2001 through June 2005. Dr. Franklin is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology.
